GWC has more than 800 alumni serving in church leadership across the African continent as pastors, lecturers in Bible colleges, and in student ministry, mercy ministries, grassroots theological training, and children and women’s ministry.
In my 12 years of leading youth ministry, I have seen the fruit of my BTh studies at GWC. I believe young people and teens need sound Bible and gospel teaching. The high-quality facilities and faculty, vibrant and diverse community, and beautiful location created a stimulating space in which to learn and be equipped for my ministry alongside others who shared a desire to see the gospel go out to the ends of the earth. It was such a joy to study there.

Having the privilege to study God’s Word full-time for three years at College was amazing, and something you only truly appreciate when you’re in the busyness of full-time ministry. Thinking back, I really enjoyed the diversity of subjects covered, and was introduced to many new concepts and thoughts I hadn’t considered before. And then there was the deep sense of community – and the singing, which was always fantastic! All in all, the training I received at GWC equipped me for my current role by giving me a better understanding of the Bible and enabling me to teach and preach better – and for that I’m extremely grateful.
